All designs, logos, and content on ProDigitizing.co.uk, including those digitized by us, are the intellectual property of ProDigitizing.co.uk unless otherwise stated. You are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content or designs without our express written consent. When you provide us with a design for digitization, you confirm that you have the right to use that design. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement related to the content you provide.

We accept payments via secure online payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments must be made in full before we begin working on your order. By completing the payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the provided payment method. Prices listed on our website may be subject to change without notice, but once your order is placed, the price you paid will be final.

At ProDigitizing.co.uk, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We offer a unlimited revisions to ensure your design meets your expectations. However, revisions are only available for the initial order and do not include major changes such as a complete redesign or alterations that were not part of the original request. Additional revisions beyond the free limit may incur extra charges.

For digital services like embroidery digitizing and vectorization, there is no physical shipping. Once your order is complete, we will deliver the final files electronically to the email address you provided. Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours, but we also offer express services for urgent projects that need faster delivery.

We want you to be happy with our services, but due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are only offered in specific situations. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• We have not started working on your order, and you cancelled it.
• The delivered files are significantly different from what was agreed upon or contain errors.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 45 business days of approval.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

• You change your mind after we have delivered the files.
• You requested revisions, and we made the necessary changes within the agreed terms.
• Issues related to personal preferences that differ from your initial instructions.
